Neutral Milk Hotel
I'm listening to Jeff Mangum, Little Birds. Beautiful song.
I make an attempt for my mind to match my world. A wise woman I met once brought up the profound idea presented by Black Elk (Black Elk Speaks) which says (paraphrased) for a vision to have power, you must bring it down into the world.
A vision is something that works. The compeleteness of a vision is brought down into the world, something happends. Like a monsoon in the desert, all life is nurtured. But like a great wave which floods the land, unsturdy structures are annihilated.
Look deep into the sky and there is a vision.
